Full-scale recovery in the contracting segment is essential to achieving the FY2027 (ending March 2027) revenue target of ¥3,650 million (up 8.7% year on year). The company aims to grow through both staffing and contracting, capturing steady demand from major domestic manufacturers.

The company is strengthening the training and deployment of technologists capable of meeting development needs involving the latest technologies, including IoT, AI, cybersecurity, 5th generation mobile communications, next-generation automobiles, robotics, quantum technology, and semiconductor-related technologies. It is building a system to reliably capture the robust development demand from its major clients, leading domestic manufacturers.
