Governance
As a company with an Audit and Supervisory Committee, the Board of Directors comprises 9 directors (including 3 outside directors, all of whom serve on the Audit and Supervisory Committee). The company has identified materiality items in three categories—"With People," "With Society," and "With the Global Environment"—and has set and manages non-financial KPIs such as a female manager ratio of 17.5% (exceeding the 15% target), a male childcare leave uptake rate of 90.0%, and an annual paid leave uptake rate of 69.7%. A Sustainability Committee (meeting twice a year) deliberates on environmental and social issues, including climate change risk, under a framework in which the Board of Directors provides oversight.
