Governance
The company is a company with a board of statutory auditors (five directors, of whom three are outside directors, an outside ratio of 60%). The board of directors meets once a month, with a high overall attendance rate. It has established a voluntary Officer Nomination Committee and an Officer Compensation Committee, and adopts an executive officer system to separate oversight from execution.
Risk Management
The company has established the "Basic Policy on Risk Management" and set up a Crisis Management Committee.
