The Company has established risk management regulations, with a Risk Management Committee chaired by the Representative Director and President overseeing company-wide risk and reporting to the Board of Directors. The Internal Audit Office audits the risk management status of each department, and in coordination with the Sustainability Committee, climate change risk is also integrated into company-wide risk management.

Conducted climate change scenario analysis based on TCFD, and obtained SBTi certification in July 2025. FY2025 results for Scope 1+2 achieved a 42.2% reduction versus FY2019, meeting the interim target. On the human capital front, the ratio of female managers stood at 1.5% (target of 3% or more by 2030), and the male childcare leave uptake rate was 50.0%; a new "Sustainability Basic Policy" along with materiality and KPIs will be established in April 2026 to strengthen the framework.
