Risk Management

The Audit & Legal Department (3 members) is responsible for internal audits, and a cross-organizational "Internal Control Committee" has been established to strengthen internal checks and balances across the group as a whole. When a risk materializes, the Administration Division handles the company-wide response, and a system has been put in place under which the Audit & Legal Department regularly reports to the Management Meeting.

Shareholder Returns

The basic policy is to pay dividends twice a year, with FY2026 (ending December 2026) forecast at ¥10 interim and ¥20 year-end (total ¥30). This represents an increase from the prior period's total of ¥28. The company has also conducted share buybacks, with treasury shares outstanding at fiscal year-end at 471,957 shares (up from 383,357 shares at the prior fiscal year-end).
