Risk Management

The company has established Risk Management Regulations and Compliance Regulations, and has put in place an emergency response system in which the representative director serves as the Chief Risk Management Officer in the event of a crisis. A Compliance Committee (meeting once a month) has been established as a subordinate body to the Board of Directors, overseeing compliance with laws and regulations, internal whistleblowing, and response to anti-social forces, among other matters. Sustainability-related risks are managed under the leadership of the Board of Directors, with a system in place to share information with the Management Committee as well.
