Governance

ESG
The company promotes sustainability activities focusing on environmental management (targeting a 50% reduction in Scope 2 emissions intensity by the end of FY2030 versus FY2013, through the introduction of solar panels and energy-saving equipment) and human capital management (developing pharmacist generalists, job-specific training programs, a male employee childcare leave uptake rate of 96.3%, etc.), under a framework in which the ESG Promotion Committee reports to the Board of Directors.
