The J-SOX Committee, ESG Committee, and Information Security Committee have been established under the Governance Committee, and the activities of each committee are regularly reported to the Board of Directors. The Internal Audit Office (6 members), reporting directly to the President, conducts planned audits of sales offices and subsidiaries, and coordinates with the Audit & Supervisory Board Members and the Accounting Auditor to build an effective audit system.

Dividends are paid twice a year. For FY2026 (ending March 2026), interim dividend of ¥27 and year-end dividend of ¥27 (total ¥54) are planned, with a payout ratio of 45.2% and a net asset dividend rate of 2.7%. Share buybacks of ¥2,999 million were executed. For FY2027 (ending March 2027), the total dividend of ¥54 (forecast) is expected to be maintained.

Dividend Policy

The company has pledged a payout ratio of 30% or more. Its basic policy is to pay dividends twice a year: an interim dividend (resolved by the Board of Directors) and a year-end dividend (resolved at the general shareholders' meeting). Internal reserves are allocated to capital expenditures, investment in a new core system, M&A and other new business strategies, and product development. A 2-for-1 stock split was implemented effective October 1, 2024. For FY2026 (ending March 2026), the interim dividend is ¥27 per share and the year-end dividend is ¥27 per share (total ¥54), with total dividends of ¥953 million, a payout ratio of 45.2%, and a net asset dividend rate of 2.7%. ESG

The company has established a system whereby the ESG Committee convenes monthly and reports to the Board of Directors via the Governance Committee. On the environmental side, it is promoting the sequential introduction of hybrid vehicles and the utilization of solar panels. On the human capital side, it has set a target of a 30% ratio of female hires (actual result: 25.9%), achieved a 100% childcare leave take-up rate among those wishing to take it, an average of 15.2 days of paid leave taken annually, and average monthly overtime of 15.7 hours (target: 20 hours or less).
