Shareholder Returns

The interim dividend for FY2026 (ending September 2026) is ¥80 per share (an increase from ¥70 in the same period last year), with the full-year forecast at ¥160 per share annually (an increase from ¥140 in the previous fiscal year). Identified four materiality themes: "decarbonization," "food loss & waste," "resource circulation," and "empowerment of diverse human capital." The Sustainability Committee, an advisory body to the Board of Directors (meets 4 times per year, reports to the Board twice a year), oversees the promotion structure. FY2025 results included a 19.3% reduction in CO₂ emissions versus FY2021 (2030 target: 30% reduction), a 100% male childcare leave uptake rate, and a 100% plastics recycling rate (stretch film and PP bands). The ratio of female managers stood at 2.4% (2030 target: 4%). Climate change risks and opportunities were also analyzed using the TCFD framework.
