Governance

Dividend Policy

The annual dividend for FY2026 (ending March 2026) is ¥36 per share (¥18 interim + ¥18 year-end), total dividends of ¥271 million, payout ratio of 19.1%, and dividend on equity ratio of 1.2%. For FY2027 (ending March 2027), an annual dividend of ¥36 is planned (¥18 interim + ¥18 year-end), with a projected payout ratio of 24.7%. ESG
The company has established a Sustainability Promotion Committee (meeting monthly), chaired by the Representative Director and President, and has set a target to reduce SCOPE 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 50% or more by FY2030 compared to FY2013 levels.
