Governance
As a company with a Board of Corporate Auditors, the company has established a Board of Directors composed of 6 directors (of which 2 are outside directors), and separates oversight and business execution through an executive officer system. Risk Management

The company established the "IKI SDGs Declaration" in 2021, pursuing ESG initiatives built on three pillars: "global-standard environmental measures," "contribution to a society that values diversity," and "governance-focused management." In April 2025, it set up a Sustainability Promotion Committee, and completed the identification of GHG emissions scope as part of its climate change response. Regarding human capital, it disclosed a female manager ratio of 8.4% (target: 11.0%), a male childcare leave uptake rate of 90.9% (target: 85.0%, already exceeded), and an engagement score of 52.0% (target: 60.0%), and aims for a 6.6% net increase in employee headcount by FY2028 (ending March 2028).
