Governance
The company is a company with a board of company auditors, comprising 12 directors, 4 of whom are outside directors. It has established a Personnel and Compensation Advisory Committee, in which independent outside directors are involved. Risk Management

No dividend was paid for FY2025 (ended March 2025). A year-end dividend of ¥10 is forecast for FY2027 (ending March 2027) (dividend payout ratio of 4.8%). The company will pursue a financial strategy that contributes to improved financial soundness and capital efficiency, with a focus on balancing growth investment and shareholder returns. Separately, dividends are paid on Class A and Class B preferred shares, which carry different rights from common stock (for FY2026 (ending March 2026), ¥8,793,835.60 per share for each class).
ESG
The company has established three materialities: "Responsible Corporate Activities," "Providing Value through Tourism," and "Coexistence with Society and Innovation," promoted by the SDGs Committee. KPIs have been set, including a female manager ratio of 23.7% (target: 35% by end of FY2030) and a management compliance certification acquisition rate of 94.5% (target: 100% by end of FY2027), with efforts underway in DEI promotion, health management, and talent development through the KNT-CT Academy.
