Under the corporate philosophy of "serving society," the company promotes three themes: (1) contribution to local communities (disaster response agreements, volunteer support), (2) respect for diverse working styles (promotion of diversity, encouragement of childcare and family care leave), and (3) environmental initiatives (operation of solar power plants, development and sale of environmental products).
