ESG
Promoting ESG based on six materiality themes established in 2022. On climate change, the company calculates Scope 1–3 CO2 emissions (total of 8,180 tCO2e for FY2025) and offsets them through the purchase of green power certificates. In terms of human capital, the company maintains diversity with a consolidated ratio of female managers of 26.2% and a ratio of non-Japanese national employees of 67.9%, while setting a target to raise the ratio of female managers at Japanese entities to 30% by FY2030 (ending March 2031). The company is also working to address the gender pay gap (65.0% for all employees).
