Dividend Policy

As a climate change response measure, the company has set GHG emission reduction targets (net-zero CO2 from electricity use by 2030, carbon neutrality by 2050) and conducted scenario analyses under the 1.5°C and 4°C scenarios. In human capital, the company is advancing diversity initiatives and improving its internal work environment, including raising the ratio of female managers, achieving a 102.9% rate of paternity leave uptake among male employees, and obtaining Certified Health & Productivity Management Organization recognition, while managing KPIs based on five materiality themes.
