Risk Management

Based on the Risk Management Regulations, the company clarifies the responsible department for each risk category, and internal audits are conducted by the Audit Office, which reports directly to the President. A Risk Management Committee, chaired by the Representative Director and President, meets at least once a year, with results reported to the Board of Directors and the Audit and Supervisory Committee. Environmental risk and cybersecurity risk are recognized as key risks, addressed through obtaining Green Management certification and implementing an information security policy based on ISMS.

Shareholder Returns

For FY2026 (ending March 2026), the company implemented an annual dividend of ¥130 (interim ¥15 + year-end ¥115), including a special dividend of ¥100, resulting in a payout ratio of 156.8%. For FY2027 (ending March 2027), it forecasts an annual dividend of ¥132 (interim ¥66 + year-end ¥66), including two special dividends of ¥50 each. The Board Benefit Trust (BBT) for stock-based compensation continues to be implemented.

For FY2026 (ending March 2026), the company implemented an annual dividend of ¥130 (payout ratio of 156.8%, net asset dividend rate of 4.6%), including a special dividend of ¥100 at year-end. For FY2027 (ending March 2027), it plans an annual dividend of ¥132 (forecast payout ratio of 156.1%), including a special dividend of ¥50 each at both interim and year-end. The Board Benefit Trust (BBT) system for directors and executive officers has been in place continuously since September 2016.

The company has identified nine materiality issues and is advancing environmental initiatives, including CO2 emission reduction (targeting a reduction of 1% or more in electricity usage intensity), investment in fluorocarbon-free equipment, and acquisition of Green Management certification. Regarding human capital, a new personnel system has been in operation since April 2024, and the company discloses a female manager ratio of 10.5% (as of end of March 2026) and a male childcare leave take-up rate of 50%. Quantitative targets are currently being formulated.
