Based on the Risk Management Regulations, the Internal Control and Compliance Committee reviews the risk item list annually and reports to the Board of Directors. The company has set targets to reduce annual GHG emissions by 25% by 2030 compared to 2019 levels and to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050, promoting investment in methanol dual-fuel vessels and ammonia-fueled vessels.
