Through community-based operations that limit store trading areas to a radius of approximately 2.5km, the segment collects and accumulates local real estate information. It operates mainly in Osaka Prefecture and Fukuoka Prefecture, and through subsidiaries City Home Co., Ltd. and Idem Home Co., Ltd., also handles all types of real estate properties—detached houses, condominiums, new construction, and used properties—in the Aichi Prefecture area. It is positioned as the key segment for maximizing synergy effects with the other four business segments.
