Risk Management

Risk analysis and countermeasures are deliberated at a weekly management meeting chaired by the President and Representative Director. In the event of an emergency, an emergency response headquarters is established, headed by the President and Representative Director, and crisis management manuals are developed and revised as needed. Sustainability-related risks are also managed in an integrated manner at the same meeting.

Shareholder Returns

The basic policy is to pay dividends twice a year (interim and year-end), with a total of ¥68 per share planned for FY2026 (ending March 2026) (interim ¥32, year-end ¥36 forecast). This represents an increase of ¥10 from the previous fiscal year's actual dividend of ¥58. Share buybacks can be implemented flexibly based on the provisions of the Articles of Incorporation.

Dividend Policy

The basic policy is to pay continuous dividends while giving due consideration to enhancing internal reserves necessary for management stability and business expansion. Dividends are paid twice a year, through interim and year-end dividends. Actual results for FY2025 (ended March 2025) were an interim dividend of ¥27 and a year-end dividend of ¥31 (total ¥58). For FY2026 (ending March 2025), the interim dividend of ¥32 has already been paid, with a year-end dividend of ¥36 forecast, for a total of ¥68. There is no change to the dividend forecast.

As part of its climate change response, the company is promoting ZEB Ready conversion of existing buildings, BELS certification acquisition, and an off-site corporate PPA business (expected annual CO2 reduction of approximately 1,180 tons). In terms of human capital, it has obtained Certified Health & Productivity Management Organization 2025 (Large Enterprise Category) certification and conducts engagement surveys every two years (2023 survey: overall engagement score of 3.59/5.00). Quantitative targets for climate-related indicators have not yet been set, and a dedicated sustainability committee has not yet been established.
