Risk Management
The Corporate Planning Office identifies and analyzes risks across the group as a whole, and material risks are reported to and addressed by the board of directors of each company. In the event of a material incident, an emergency response meeting is convened, and a system has been put in place to obtain advice from external experts such as retained attorneys as needed.
Shareholder Returns
Basic policy is to continue progressive dividends, with dividends paid twice a year. FY2025 (ended July 2025) actual dividend was ¥12 per share (interim ¥5.50 + year-end ¥6.50). For FY2026 (ending July 2026), an interim dividend of ¥6.50 has already been implemented, and a year-end dividend of ¥6.50 is planned, for a full-year total of ¥13. No disclosure of share buybacks.

Utilizes joint research data with Waseda University in developed properties. Positions human capital as its most important management resource, and has established training programs, a project leader system, and initiatives to promote diverse work styles (shortened working hours, childcare leave, etc.). ESG quantitative indicators and targets have not been set at this time.
