The Board of Directors oversees sustainability-related risks and opportunities as a whole. In terms of human resource development, the company conducts new employee training, compliance training, encouragement of FP (Financial Planner) qualification acquisition, and rank-based training, with a future goal of increasing the number of female managers (section chief level or above) by two or more. The company is also working on workplace environment improvements, including remote work support and digitalization of communication tools.
