Risk Management

The company identifies and assesses the 17 risk categories set forth in its Integrated Risk Management Regulations, with a structure in place whereby the Chief Risk Management Officer reports to the Board of Directors on a monthly basis. As a cybersecurity measure, the Group CSIRT leads the establishment of a multi-layered defense and continuous monitoring system.

Shareholder Returns

A minimum annual dividend of ¥30 per share is set; when EPS × 50% exceeds ¥30, dividends are paid using EPS × 50% as the floor. For FY2026 (ending March 2026), the annual dividend is ¥30.70 per share (total ¥7,716 million), with a payout ratio of 70.7%. Flexible share buybacks are also conducted.
