Shareholder Returns

No dividend expected for FY2026 (ending March 2026) as well (annual dividend of ¥0). The company explicitly states that dividends cannot be paid until refinancing is achieved, as the loan rescheduling remains ongoing. No dividend is also expected for FY2027 (ending March 2027). No share buybacks or shareholder benefit programs.

Dividend Policy

The basic policy is to pay stable and continuous dividends, but realizing dividends is premised on continuously securing both profits and funds. The company reschedules repayment of its non-consolidated borrowings each year with the consent of financial institutions, and dividend consideration will only become possible after the refinancing of the borrowings currently under rescheduling is achieved. No dividends were paid in FY2025 (ending March 2025) or FY2026 (ending March 2026). For FY2027 (ending March 2027) as well, although profit attributable to owners of parent is expected to be positive under the previous consolidated basis estimate, no dividend is expected as the company remains in the rescheduling period.
