Under the basic sustainability policy announced in March 2023, the company has set four key priorities: "Supporting an emotionally fulfilling life," "Environmental consideration," "Preservation of Japanese culture," and "Empowering diverse human resources." In human resource development, the company manages indicators such as the internal qualification acquisition rate (98.3% for basic-level and 93.1% for sales-level), the paid leave utilization rate of 64.2% (target: 70%), and the ratio of female assistant managers at 17.9% (target: 30%). The Sustainability Committee monitors the progress of initiatives on a quarterly basis and reports to the Board of Directors twice a year. Quantitative disclosure related to climate change has not yet been implemented at this time.
