Risk Management

Sustainability-related risks are discussed and deliberated by the Sustainability Committee, and a framework has been established whereby matters are reported to the Board of Directors as necessary to receive oversight and instructions.
Shareholder Returns
Basic policy of dividends twice a year (interim and year-end); in FY2026 (ending March 2026), an interim dividend of ¥20 and a year-end dividend of ¥23 (including a commemorative dividend of ¥3) were implemented, totaling ¥43, with a payout ratio of 81.6%. For FY2027 (ending March 2027), a total of ¥40 is forecast. Share buybacks were also conducted.
Dividend Policy
The basic policy is to pay dividends twice a year, interim and year-end, aiming to maintain stable dividends and appropriate profit distribution while strengthening the financial structure and management foundation. In FY2026 (ending March 2026), an interim ordinary dividend of ¥20 and a year-end ordinary dividend of ¥20 plus a commemorative dividend of ¥3 were implemented, totaling ¥43 (total dividend amount of ¥270 million, payout ratio of 81.6%, dividend on equity ratio of 1.0%). The dividend forecast for FY2027 (ending March 2027) is an interim dividend of ¥20 and a year-end dividend of ¥20, totaling ¥40 (forecast payout ratio of 40.5%). During the fiscal year under review, ¥43 million was spent on share buybacks (number of treasury shares at fiscal year-end: 382,681 shares).
ESG
In March 2022, the company formulated its Basic Policy on Sustainability and established a Sustainability Committee chaired by the President and Representative Director. Human resource development and diversity promotion are set as key initiatives, with the company disclosing indicators such as a 29.8% ratio of female full-time employees, a 50.0% rate of male employees taking childcare leave, and a 14.3% ratio of female managers.
