Comprises Shoei Foods Corporation (parent company) and domestic subsidiaries. Procures, processes, and sells Dairy Products & Fats/Oils, Confectionery Raw Materials, Dried Fruits & Canned Goods (nuts and dried fruit), and Confectionery & Retail Products from both domestic and overseas sources, primarily for the confectionery and bakery industries. It is the largest segment, accounting for approximately 84% of the Group's total sales. Its strength lies in combining trading company functions with manufacturer functions.
