The director in charge of the Corporate Management Division serves as the Chief Risk Management Officer, with multiple committees—including the Ethics & Compliance Committee, Risk Monitoring Committee, Internal Control Committee, and Environment & Resilience Committee—working together to manage risks across the organization. A system has been established whereby material risks and their response status are reported to the Board of Directors through the President and Representative Director, and the company is also engaged in business continuity management through the formulation of a BCP.

Annual dividend for FY2026 (ending March 2026) is ¥190 per share (interim ¥76 + year-end ¥114), with a payout ratio of 33.3%. Under the new medium-term management plan "Reborn 2031," progressive dividends are the guiding principle, targeting a consolidated total shareholder return ratio of 35% or more and a DOE of 3.5% or more. For FY2027 (ending March 2027), an annual dividend of ¥190 (interim ¥73 + year-end ¥117) is planned.

In response to climate change, the company has set a target of achieving carbon neutrality for Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2050, and positions the expansion of sales of energy-saving, renewable energy, and circular economy-related products as part of its growth strategy.
