The core heavy temporary materials leasing business is a circular business model premised on steel reuse, contributing to reduced resource input and CO₂ emissions. The company continues solar power generation on factory rooftops, and on the human capital front, it fully overhauled its personnel system in April 2026, expanding recruitment and training expenses to approximately 18 times the FY2021 level (¥38.2 million). It is also advancing diversity initiatives, including a female employee ratio of 26.2% (targeting 30.0% by 2030) and achieving 100% of the statutory employment rate for persons with disabilities.
