ドイツにOVOL Papier Deutschland GmbH、OVOL ComPlott GmbH、及びOVOL Packaging GmbHを設立、連結子会社化し、紙・板紙の卸売事業を行う Inapa Deutschland GmbH、Inapa Packaging GmbH、及びサイン＆ディスプレイ関連商品の卸売事業を行うInapa ComPlott GmbHの事業を譲り受ける。フランスにて紙の卸売事業を行うInapa France S.A.S.（現OVOL France, S.A.S.）及びその100％子会社でサイン＆ディスプレイ関連商品の卸売事業を行うJJ LOOS S.A.S. （現OVOL Sign & Display, S.A.S.）を連結子会社化。
