The company has established the "Onward Group Risk Management Regulations," with the Corporate Planning Div. designated as the responsible department for managing risks related to natural disasters, information systems, business continuity, and other matters. Sustainability-related risks are examined in detail by the Sustainability Committee, and a framework has been put in place to collaborate with external experts as needed.

The annual dividend forecast for FY2027 (ending February 2027) is ¥33 per share (interim ¥16, year-end ¥17), a ¥3 increase from the previous fiscal year's ¥30. No revision to earnings forecasts. Share buybacks can be flexibly implemented based on the provisions of the Articles of Incorporation.

Under the 'Green Onward' project, the company is promoting expansion of made-to-order production, OMO-type stores, clothing collection and recycling (launched in 2009, with a cumulative 7.8 million items collected), and improved supply chain traceability through PLM. GHG emissions (Scope 1+2) were reduced by approximately 50% compared to FY2020 levels (actual results for FY2024 (ending February 2024)), with a target of 20% reduction in Scope 3 emissions by FY2030. In terms of human capital, the company discloses a female employee ratio of 55.7%, a female manager ratio of 24.8%, and a male childcare leave uptake rate of 66.7% (FY2024, ending February 2024), and has set targets of 50% female leadership ratio and 100% male childcare leave uptake rate by FY2030.
