- Demand recovery for Tapes, mainly in overseas markets (up 25.1% year on year in Q1 FY2026 ending December 2026)
- Selection and concentration and prioritized allocation of management resources based on business portfolio analysis under the new Medium-Term Management Plan (2026-2030)

Risks
- Continued sluggish demand for Functional Film (down 14.8% year on year in Q1 FY2026 ending December 2026)
- Risk of downward pressure on overseas sales due to economic slowdown in the Chinese and European markets
- Pressure on gross profit margin from persistently high raw material prices
- Risk of continued structural contraction in the Impact Ribbon market
- Risk of failing to meet planned new product sales due to delays in launching development challenge themes
- Entry into an improvement period due to non-compliance with the Tokyo Stock Exchange's listing maintenance criteria (market capitalization of tradable shares)
