Climate change disclosure is conducted based on TCFD, with targets set to reduce CO₂ emissions by 50% by FY2030 compared to FY2019 levels and achieve carbon neutrality by 2050. In terms of human capital, the company has set a new graduate female hiring ratio of 38.3% (target: 30% or higher) and a female manager ratio target of 3% or higher (FY2030 target), and is working on expanding childcare support systems and developing the next generation of female managers.
