ESG
The Group views climate change and marine plastic issues as revenue opportunities, promoting the development of environmentally responsive material products, the geothermal heat business, and the enhancement of EV-related products. In terms of human capital, the Group utilizes its Human Resource Development Council and talent management system, aiming to achieve an Engagement Rating of A level over the medium to long term; however, the actual result for the fiscal year under review remained at the CCC level.
