In the event a significant risk materializes, a Risk Response Headquarters is established to manage the situation on a centralized basis. The Company promotes sustainability through four pillars: "Good Manufacturing," "Sport Promotion," "Human Rights and Diversity," and "Stakeholder Collaboration." Under Environmental Vision 2050, the Company targets a 50% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 CO₂ emissions by 2030 compared to 2016 levels, and the ratio of female managers reached 31.2% in FY2025, ahead of schedule versus the 2030 target of 30%. The Company has also obtained certification as an "Excellent Enterprise of Health and Productivity Management 2026 (Large Enterprise Category)."
