Promoting environmental measures such as waste reduction and reduced water and electricity usage, along with diverse hiring practices encompassing women, foreign nationals, mid-career hires, and senior-age workers. Currently there are no women in management positions, and the company has set a goal to achieve this at an early date; it is also working to reduce overtime hours and improve the paid leave utilization rate.
