Risk Management

Based on the company-wide risk management regulations, a chief risk officer and secretariat function have been established, clarifying the responsible department for each risk. The company endorsed the TCFD recommendations in 2022 and has conducted scenario analysis of climate-related risks and opportunities based on 1.5°C and 4°C scenarios. Total Scope 1 + Scope 2 emissions for FY2025 (ending March 2025) were 15,134 t-CO2eq. Aiming for carbon neutrality by 2050, the Sustainability Committee and Sustainability Promotion Office work in coordination with the Board of Directors to advance ESG activities such as GHG emission reductions and human capital disclosure.
