Maintains a policy of continuous dividend increases with a total shareholder return ratio target of 50%. Annual dividend for FY2025 is ¥40 per share (interim ¥20, year-end ¥20), with a payout ratio of 40.9%. FY2026 dividend is planned to increase to ¥44. In May 2026, resolved to conduct share buybacks and retirements of up to ¥25.0 billion / 23 million shares.

Dividend Policy

Targets a total shareholder return ratio of approximately 50%, aiming for continuous dividend increases aligned with profit growth while being mindful of dividend yield. Dividends are paid twice a year, at interim and year-end. The annual dividend for FY2025 (ending March 2026) is ¥40 per share (interim ¥20, year-end ¥20), with a payout ratio of 40.9%. For FY2026 (ending March 2027), the dividend is planned at ¥44 per share (an increase of ¥4 year-on-year). Additional shareholder return measures such as share buybacks will be implemented flexibly based on the concept of optimal capital structure, taking into account the business environment and progress of growth investments, with the aim of improving TSR.

The company has adopted a policy of "aligning ESG with business growth," positioning ESG as future financial value and integrating it into the medium-term management strategy. On climate change, the company has obtained SBTi Net-Zero target certification, achieving a 65.4% reduction in GHG Scope 1 and 2 emissions versus 2015 (FY2025 results), and a renewable energy ratio of 55.7%. In terms of human capital, the global ratio of female managers reached 17.9%, with an engagement score of 3.89.
