Risk Management

A Chief Risk Officer (CRO) has been appointed to oversee risk management across the entire group. The Compliance Committee, Internal Audit Office, and Audit Committee Office work in coordination, and ISO-compliant quality control and occupational health and safety systems have also been established. An internal control system for financial reporting has likewise been built and is being operated.

Under "MANI Sustainability," the company has set targets of a 25% reduction in CO2 emissions and a 25% renewable energy ratio by 2030, and has introduced solar power generation at its sites in Japan, Vietnam, and Germany. In human capital management, it uses metrics such as a target female manager ratio of 15% or higher and 59 hours of training per person annually, and formulated the "MANI Group Human Rights Policy" in September 2024. It has also newly established a Supplier Code of Conduct and is promoting green supply chain management.
