Company with an Audit and Supervisory Committee (transitioned in April 2024). Risk Management
The company has established a "Risk Management Regulation" and set up a Risk Management Committee chaired by the Representative Director. The company positions sustainability issues as key management priorities and promotes human capital strategies (equal opportunity between men and women, harassment prevention, compliance training, stress checks, etc.). On the environmental front, it works on promoting the long-term use of products and developing environmentally friendly products, such as free top-lift replacement, development of washable shoes, and sole manufacturing utilizing waste materials. While it discloses indicators such as a 68.8% ratio of women in managerial positions, quantitative targets have not yet been set and are cited as a future challenge.
