Risk Management

The company has established a Risk Management Committee, chaired by the President, under which each department identifies and shares risks, determines their importance and risk owners, and implements countermeasures. The Internal Audit Office reviews and oversees the entire risk management framework from an independent standpoint and reports the results to the Board of Directors.

Shareholder Returns

The basic policy is to provide stable and continuous dividends. In FY2026 (ending March 2026), reflecting improvements in business performance and financial condition, the company resumed dividend payments with a year-end dividend of ¥1.50 per share. It plans the same ¥1.50 per share for FY2027 (ending March 2027). Treasury share retirement has already been implemented.

Dividend Policy

The basic policy is to return the benefits of improved profitability achieved through more efficient management to shareholders in a stable and continuous manner. Dividend payments had been suspended since the interim dividend for FY2024 (ending March 2024), but as business performance and financial condition improved in FY2026 (ending March 2026), the company implemented a year-end dividend of ¥1.50 per share (total dividends of ¥31 million, payout ratio of 11.2%). The annual dividend for FY2027 (ending March 2027) is also planned at ¥1.50 per share. The policy is to provide shareholder returns while comprehensively taking into account the mid- to long-term financial condition and other factors.

On the environmental front, the company is working to strengthen kimono care and alteration services and promote reuse through its "Mama Furisode / Sister Furisode" plans. On the human capital front, the company discloses a 76.7% ratio of female regular employees and a 31.6% ratio of female managers (with a target of 50% by 2030), and is promoting the introduction of telework and flextime systems as well as the development of childcare and eldercare support programs.
