Risk Management

The company has established a Risk Management Committee (meeting twice a year) that manages key management risks based on its Risk Management Regulations. In response to a domestic compliance-related media report, a special committee was established to conduct an investigation and formulate recurrence prevention measures (announced on March 27, 2026), and the company is promoting enhanced independence of its legal and compliance functions as well as improved effectiveness of its internal whistleblowing system, among other measures.

In FY2026 (ending March 2026), Scope 1+2 GHG emissions totaled 1,444 t-CO₂ (down 26.7% versus the base year FY2020 (ending March 2020)), and the company obtained a CDP Climate Change rating of "B."
