The Articles of Incorporation stipulate that dividends of surplus may be determined by resolution of the Board of Directors.

No basic sustainability policy has been formulated yet, but the company recognizes the importance of human capital and is working on establishing a safe workplace environment, countering harassment, and protecting privacy. It discloses the ratio of female managers (27.9%) and the rate of male employees taking childcare leave (83.3%) as indicators, and has set targets based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children and the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace.
