ESG

In September 2021, the Company formulated its "ESG and Sustainability Policy" and established an ESG Committee. MIC signed the PRI (Principles for Responsible Investment) in December 2024. The Company is working to reduce its own environmental impact through initiatives such as promoting paperless operations and remote work, to leverage diverse human capital with women and foreign nationals each accounting for 45% of staff (exceeding the 30% target), and to strengthen ESG at investee companies through activities such as managing renewable energy funds and investing in a green ammonia development company.
