Risk Management

The company has established six materiality issues (providing peace of mind to customers, social responsibility, realizing a healthy society, the global environment, diverse human resources, and a sustainable corporate structure), and is working on ESG-related investments as well as human resource development and diversity promotion. As of the end of March 2026, the ratio of female managers stood at 22.8% (achieving the target of 20% or more), and average monthly overtime hours were maintained at 12.7 hours, within the target of 20 hours or less.
