Under the sustainability management policy formulated in 2022, the company reassessed its materiality in FY2024. Scenario analysis was conducted for climate change, and for human capital, KPIs such as investment per employee of ¥439 thousand (FY2025), DX talent development, and engagement improvement have been set, promoting DE&I initiatives and aligning management strategy with human capital strategy.
