Governance

As a company with a board of company auditors, the company has established a Board of Directors (meeting at least once a month), a Management Committee, a Nomination and Compensation Committee, a Sustainability Promotion Committee, and other bodies. Risk Management

Risk management is centered on the Risk Management Committee (meeting at least twice a year), which manages various risks related to business strategy, business operations, the environment, disasters, and other areas, while the Environmental Committee deliberates on climate change responses including GHG reduction. Compliance Committee and Central Health and Safety Committee have also been established, and the "Faltec Group Code of Conduct" is applied across the entire group, along with internal audits and J-SOX compliance conducted by the Audit Office (4 members).

ESG

As the TPR Group, the company obtained SBT (Science Based Targets) certification in April 2026, setting targets to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 42% by FY2030 (versus FY2024) and Scope 3 emissions by 25% over the same period, with a goal of net zero by 2050. On the human capital front, targets for FY2026 include a 20% year-on-year increase in education investment, obtaining Eruboshi certification (Stage 3), and continued certification as an Excellent Health Management Corporation, among others. The company is also working on energy conservation, renewable energy adoption, production process efficiency improvements, and GHG reduction across the entire supply chain.
