The Corporate Governance Committee has been established as the highest decision-making body for company-wide risk management, covering information management, compliance, cybersecurity, and disaster response. The Sustainability Committee identifies and assesses climate change risks and has put in place a system to report to the Board of Directors at least once a year.

For FY2026 (ending March 2026), a dividend of ¥24.0 per share was implemented (total dividends of ¥378 million, payout ratio of 31.4%). In April 2026, the dividend policy was revised, strengthening it to target a DOE (Dividend on Equity ratio) of 3% or more. The company endorses the TCFD recommendations and, aiming for carbon neutrality by 2050, is promoting its first CO2 reduction plan through 2030 (50% reduction in combustion fuel, 20% reduction in electricity usage, 30% conversion to renewable energy). In terms of human capital, it has achieved a 100% male childcare leave uptake rate and a 77.0% paid leave utilization rate, and is implementing talent development and retention measures through an in-house IT architect certification system and engagement surveys.
