Structured as a company with an audit and supervisory committee, comprising 9 directors (including 3 outside directors and 3 independent officers). A Nomination and Compensation Advisory Committee has been established, building a highly independent framework in which outside directors hold a majority. The executive officer system separates oversight from business execution.
Risk Management
The Company has established a department that oversees the Group's risk management framework, with the "Basic Policy on Risk Management" serving as the top-level policy. Climate change risk is designated as one of the top risks, and scenario analysis in line with the TCFD recommendations is conducted. In addition, the Group Financial Crime Countermeasures Committee has been established as an AML/CFT measure, and a compliance and internal audit framework has been put in place.

ESG
Discloses climate change risks and opportunities in line with TCFD recommendations. In human capital, the company is working on strategic talent development, raising the ratio of female managers (17.0% as of end of March 2026), and promoting diversity.
