In human capital initiatives, the company is advancing the renewal of its "Pay for Performance" evaluation system, AI-utilization education through VELTRA College, and acquisition of Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization certification. The company achieved a 37.1% ratio of women in management positions and a 100% male childcare leave uptake rate. The Sustainability Promotion Committee is currently deliberating on the identification of materiality issues.
