The company supports the TCFD recommendations and has been certified on the CDP A List for both Climate Change and Water Security. It has set targets of a 42% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2030 (versus 2020) and net zero by 2050 (SBT certification obtained). In human capital, it has set targets of a 10% ratio of female regular employees and a 5% ratio of female managerial staff (2030 targets), and has achieved a 94.3% rate of male employees taking childcare leave and a 100% return-to-work rate after childcare leave. It has been certified as an Excellent Health & Productivity Management Corporation 2026 (Large Enterprise Category) for four consecutive years.
